MALVIY GROUP

What we do

Everything after
your crew leaves.

You keep the crews, the clients and the relationships. We take the part that happens at a desk at eleven at night.

  1. 01

    Work order processing

We open the order in your portal, read every photograph, and tie each one to the line item it belongs to. Identification first, then what the crew completed, evidenced shot by shot. This is the foundation — get it wrong and everything priced on top of it is wrong.

    • Photo review and labelling
    • Order completion in the portal
    • Photo-standard compliance per national
    • Rejections chased and resubmitted
  2. 02

    Bid writing

Everything the photographs show that nobody has paid for yet. Each bid is written with the measurement taken off the photos, the standard being breached, the scope defined so it cannot be trimmed, and the promise of before, during and after documentation.

    • Damage identification from the photo set
    • Measured quantities, not estimates
    • Written to the shape that national approves
    • Priced against a 313-code catalog
  3. 03

    Invoicing

An invoice for the work your crew actually did, matched to the evidence, in the format the portal expects. It has to survive a reviewer comparing it line by line against the photographs — so that is how we build it.

    • Completed work invoiced against evidence
    • Allowables applied correctly
    • Submitted in the portal's own format
    • Variances flagged rather than absorbed
  4. 04

    Reconciliation

Optional, and most clients come to it later. Five nationals pay in five formats, and clawbacks are netted out of cheque totals where nobody sees them. We match remittances back to work orders so the question of what a national has actually paid you has an answer.

    • Remittance matching per portal
    • Clawbacks and credit memos handled
    • Short-payments surfaced
    • Crew pay reconciliation where needed

Pricing is a conversation.

What you pay depends on your volume, which nationals you run and how much of the above you want. Tell us those three things and we will give you a number on the call — no contract, no minimum, no setup fee.
