Terms of service

Last updated 21 August 2026

Plain terms for a plain arrangement. We process work orders on your behalf; you stay the vendor of record with your nationals. Nothing here is meant to be clever — if a clause reads as though it is protecting us at your expense, tell us and we will talk about it.

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and JP Field Services LLC, trading as Malviy Group, 1309 Coffeen Ave, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801. They apply from the point we begin working orders for you.

2. What we do

We provide back-office processing for property preservation work: reading and labelling photographs, identifying completed work, writing bids, preparing invoices, submitting to national portals in each portal's required format, and following up rejections. Where agreed, we also assist with reconciling remittances and crew pay.

We are a service provider. We are not your employee, agent or partner, and we do not hold ourselves out as such to your clients.

3. No contract, no minimum

There is no term commitment, no minimum volume and no setup fee. You may stop sending work at any time, and we may stop accepting it at any time — though if we ever intend to, you will hear it from us in a conversation, not in an email.

On termination we will return or delete your material as you direct, and you should withdraw any portal access you granted us.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You remain the vendor of record. Work is submitted under your accounts, in your name, and you are responsible to your nationals for it.
  • You are responsible for granting only access you are permitted to grant, and for withdrawing it when you wish.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of what your crews record — we work from the photographs and information supplied to us.
  • You should review what we prepare before it is relied upon. Where we submit on your behalf, we do so on your instruction.

5. What we take responsibility for

We take responsibility for doing the work competently and on the turnaround we agreed with you. If we make a mistake — a mispriced line, a missed photo requirement, a late submission — tell us and we will correct it and reprocess at our cost.

We cannot guarantee that any bid will be approved, or approved at the amount submitted. Approval is the national's decision and is outside our control. Nothing on this website, including any published approval rates, is a promise of a particular outcome on your book.

6. Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Fees and payment

Fees are agreed with you before work starts and are set out in writing. We invoice on the cycle we agree, and invoices are due on the terms stated on them. If an invoice is wrong, tell us and we will fix it rather than expect you to pay it and argue afterwards.

8. Confidentiality

Your work orders, pricing, volumes, client relationships and crew arrangements are confidential. We do not disclose them, and we do not use one client's information for the benefit of another.

Where we publish examples of our work — as we do on this website — client names, work order numbers and property addresses are removed, and photographs are cropped and stripped of metadata first. If you would prefer none of your work be used even in that anonymised form, tell us and we will exclude it.

9. Intellectual property

Your data, photographs and records remain yours. Bids and invoices we prepare for you are yours to use. The methods, templates and software we use to produce them remain ours.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute — though we would far rather resolve anything by picking up the phone.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will tell existing clients directly about any change that affects them.
