Everything behind the scenes, handled.

Five services, one team that already knows your orders. Use one or stack them all.

From field photos to submitted — in five steps.

The exact pipeline every one of your work orders runs through.

  1. 1

    Field completes

Your crew uploads photos through Pruvan, PPW, Hayvee, or CompanyCam.

  2. 2

    We verify

Photos checked against the work order PDF — work confirmed done before anything is submitted.

  3. 3

    We tag & answer

Every photo tagged (property ID, approvals, bids); every portal form answered — 10 to 20 per order.

  4. 4

    Bids & approvals built

Multi-line bids with photos and measurements attached, created right in the portal.

  5. 5

    Submitted in 12–24h

Order submitted within 12–24 hours of completion. Denials resolved by the same processor.

Why contractors hand us the keys.

  • Photos verified before submissionWe check field photos against the work order — denials drop because mistakes get caught before the national sees them.
  • 12–24 hour turnaround, every orderLate submissions cost you scores and money. Ours go in within a day of field completion.
  • A trained team, not a freelancerManagers, trainers, and processors aligned to your account — coverage even when someone is out.
  • Denials owned to resolutionBid cuts, rejections, invoice adjustments — chased by the processor who knows the order.
What does a property preservation back office do?+

We handle everything behind the scenes so you can focus on the field: processing work orders inside national portals (Safeguard, MCS, Cyprexx and 17 more), verifying and tagging photos, answering portal forms, creating bids and approvals, assigning orders to field crews, resolving denials, and keeping your books.

How much does work order processing cost?+

Maintenance work orders are $6 per order. Recurring orders — re-winterize, grass recut, maintenance refresh — are $3 per order. No minimums, no setup fees.

How fast are work orders submitted?+

Every order is submitted within 12–24 hours of receiving photos or completion from the field.

Which national preservation companies do you support?+

Our processors are trained on 20 nationals including Safeguard, MCS, Cyprexx, ServiceLink, Five Brothers, Altisource, Guardian Asset Management, Brookstone, Northsight, and more — plus bidding platforms XactPRM, Bluebook, and RepairBase.

How do you handle bids and denials?+

We create multi-line bids with photos and measurements attached, track every line the national approves, rejects, or cuts, and re-bid when asked. Denials are investigated and resolved by the same processor who knows the order.

Do you work with my field crew software?+

Yes — we assign and coordinate inside Pruvan, PPW, and Hayvee, and verify completions from CompanyCam as well.

Every morning, in your inbox

See your whole operation at a glance — daily.

Every client wakes up to a clean report: what we submitted, what's invoiced, and every bid awaiting approval — with the line items, so you can flag anything off with a one-line reply. No logging into five portals to know where you stand.

Sample report shown — your real one reflects your live orders. We never put real client data on this page.
