Privacy policy

Last updated 21 August 2026

Most of the data we handle is not our visitors' — it belongs to our clients and to the properties they service. So this policy covers both: what this website collects, and how we treat the far more sensitive material a client hands over when they start working with us.

Who we are

Malviy Group is the trading name of JP Field Services LLC, 1309 Coffeen Ave, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801. For any question about this policy, or to ask what we hold about you, contact prashant@malviygroup.com.

What this website collects

This site has no contact forms, no accounts and no advertising trackers. If you reach us it is by phone, WhatsApp or email, and we then hold whatever you chose to tell us — typically your name, your company, and what you need.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.

What clients trust us with

This is the part that matters. Working an account can involve:

  • Access to national portalsunder the client's own vendor account
  • Property photographs, which routinely carry the property address, GPS coordinates and timestamps
  • Work order, bid, invoice and remittance records
  • Crew and subcontractor details where we assist with pay reconciliation

We treat all of it as the client's confidential information. We use it only to perform the work that client has asked for.

How we protect it

  • Named processors are assigned to each account. We do not route client work through an anonymous pool, and we do not subcontract it.
  • Portal access is granted by the client and can be withdrawn by the client at any time, without notice to us and without our involvement.
  • Access to client data is limited to the people working that account.
  • Where we publish examples of our work, property photographs are cropped to remove burned-in coordinates and timestamps, image metadata is stripped, and client names, work order numbers and addresses are removed.

What we never do

We do not sell personal data. We do not share client data with other clients. We do not use one client's pricing, bids or volumes to advantage another. We do not contact a client's nationals on their behalf unless they have expressly asked us to.

Third parties

We rely on ordinary business software to operate — hosting, email, storage and accounting tools. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We do not pass client data to anyone else.

How long we keep things

Work order records, bids and invoices are retained for as long as the client relationship continues and afterwards where we are required to keep business and tax records. A client may ask us to delete their material when work ends, and we will do so except where the law requires us to retain it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Write to prashant@malviygroup.com and we will respond. We do not charge for this.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing clients will be raised with them directly rather than left for them to discover here.
